This is an amazing purse for such a low price. It is not as square as it looks in the picture, it is more rectangular. I liked the square look so I was a bit disappointed. The bag I received had no defects and all the stitching was fine. The hardware seems to be good quality. The buckle on the front even opens, although it doesn't do anything. The zipper is plastic but at this price it's understandable. All of the edges are bound in a rubbery plastic that will probably crack and peel after a while, but this bag is really amazing quality for the price.Great bag. It's hard to find an inexpensive brown purse that looks nice, so I was glad I found this. Has a flat, non-shiny, leather look surface so it doesn't look cheesy. Seems very well made, durable, and large enough to hold a lot. Just what I was looking for. Style will work with just about anything.This is my first Scarleton bag and I was really surprised at the quality for this price. Will be looking at this brand again for future bags.Great satchel handbag in natural color for Spring time! Plenty of space, very professional, expensive looking. So what it doesn't have a zipper, the bag isn't wide open in plain view. There is a inside zippered pocket for your valuables. I don't know about you, however I carry my handbags in front of me. Not on my side and never behind me! I didn't allow a negative to review to interfere with my shopping experience. I have a closet full of SCARLETON handbags from AMAZON no complaints...I like the pocketbook my only 'complaint' is the interior is black. I wish it was red or a lighter color - easier to find items.I paid $6.99 for this bag! WOW!!!!!A reviewer said packaging was an issue but mines came packaged perfectly. Striking Ruby Red in 2 different vegan leather colors and "grain/pattern" for lack of a better name. If it comes back in stock I will buy EVERY color. Only minus is that it doesn't have a shoulder strap.Fits everything with plenty of room. For the price you cant beat it. I am only giving it four stars because the little studs on the front are kinda ugly but otherwise the purse is really nice.I have purchased 3 Scarleton purses and I love them all. I bought one as a gift for a friend and she loves it. This one is stiffer than any of the other ones I've purchased but it's still a great bag. I love all of the room. And they all look and feel like real leather. You can't go wrong with a purchase of a Scarleton.My daughter bought me a Scareleton purse last year and I loved it. I wanted to purchase another one but they didnt have the color I wanted so I bought this one by Scareleton. I absolutely love it!!! It is not big as my first one but it still is roomy enough. Great product for the price.
