I found almost the exact same purse from a different company online with a number of options for the type of leather. I really liked one of them and almost bought it, but decided to check Amazon and other retailers first. I “settled” for this purse because it was $30 cheaper than my initial pick, but I was prepared to be somewhat disappointed since it was not exactly what I wanted. Boy, was I wrong, and I’m glad I was! I love this purse and it came with some accessories that the other purse did not, and I use them all the time. Those are: a keychain with a latch for locking on the purse hardware, a zippered bag for organizing stuff in the main body of the bag, and studs on the bottom to protect it. The keychain was a “surprise” gift and I did not know I was getting it, but the bag comes with every purse and I knew it was included. But I didn’t think I would use it, based on the pictures. I was very pleasantly surprised, though when I saw it. It has a gusseted bottom so it stands upright on it’s own, a heavy-duty zipper with a leather pull that is easy to use, and the material is a nice, heavy canvas that goes well with the leather purse. So not only did this purchase compare favorably with the other one that I almost bought, it really went beyond that in value and usability! Prepared to be disappointed, I was thrilled, and that does not happen too often in life, in my experience. I also like the leather and how it scuffs up and looks like hard-working leather should look. I think it is a great value for the money and I could not be happier with this purchase!
